Rise and Shine Kale Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of Simple Beginnings Baby Kale
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or liquid of choice)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup chopped ice
Directions:
- In a blender, add all ingredients and blend together.
This is an easy, satisfying smoothie and a great way to add healthy greens into your diet. You can also step up your game and add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to your smoothie.
