Power Blend Sauté
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 1 red pepper - chopped
- 2 garlic cloves - minced
- 1 (9oz) bag Simple Beginnings Power Blend (or Sauté Blend or Baby Kale)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add the onion and red pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the greens, season with salt and pepper, and continue sautéing and turning for 2 to 3 minutes or until the greens are wilted and cooked to desired tenderness.
