Rise and Shine Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls of Simple Beginnings Baby Kale
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or liquid of choice)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped ice

Directions:

  • In a blender, add all ingredients and blend together.

This is an easy, satisfying smoothie and a great way to add healthy greens into your diet. You can also step up your game and add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to your smoothie.
